1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and php444 ("php444", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the php444 online gaming platform, including its website, mobile web interface, games, promotions, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

php444 supports a range of Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and cryptocurrency (USDT). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: All deposits to your php444 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source of funds belongs to another person — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds.

Withdrawals: php444 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. php444 reserves the right to:

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing php444 staff or other players through any communication channel.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the php444 Platform, including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, text, audio, video, and interface design, is the intellectual property of php444 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any php444 content without express written authorisation from php444.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, php444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or financial losses arising from technical failures beyond php444's reasonable control.

php444 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and accepts no liability for losses resulting from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical outages, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers including internet service providers, payment processors, or game studios.

In all cases, php444's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds held in your php444 account balance at the time the relevant claim arises.

9. Responsible Gaming

php444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players manage their activity on the Platform. php444 recognises that for a small number of users, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care to all Filipino players seriously.

All registered php444 accounts have access to the following responsible gaming tools:

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, php444 will notify the account holder via their registered email address where legally permissible to do so. Confirmed real-money deposits (net of bonuses and any amounts subject to dispute) held in suspended accounts will be returned to the original deposit source following the conclusion of any investigation, subject to applicable legal requirements.

11. Amendments to These Terms

php444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, php444 will provide notice to registered users via email, in-platform notification, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform homepage. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the php444 Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting php444 support.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the php444 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
